あなたを自由にしてくれる概念ですから、
そう言うモノだとして受け入れて下さいね。

で、
あなたの未来は脳の中にあります。

その未来が経過してきて、その結果が、今になっています。

で、
今を変えるには、未来を変える必要がありますが、
変える未来は、あなたの脳の中にあるわけです。

ということは？

「あなたの脳の中の未来」を何らかの方法で変えれば良い。

と言うことです。

では、どういう方法を採れるのか？

あなたの脳にとって、

未来も、現実の今も、過去も
情報であり、概念であり、認識でしかありません。

そして、
そういう情報や、概念や、認識は、

自分の意志で変えることができます。

意味わかりますよね？

具体的に、未来を変えるには、

未来の自分というのは概念でしかありませんから、
それを変えればよいわけで、

概念というのは、
あなたにとっては、イメージとして認識されますから、

そのイメージを変えれば良いわけです。
