イメージを変えるというのは、
難しい事ではなくて、

例えば、

今のあなたは、今の延長の自分を、
未来の自分としてイメージしているはずです。

脳は、
安定志向ですから、

今とだいぶ違う未来の自分はイメージ出来ませんから。
（意図しないと、あまり変わらない自分しかイメージしません）

それが、未来のあなたなので、
その結果、

未来が経過してきて、今のあなたになっています。

だから、

未来のあなたのイメージを変えるのです。

したいことをしている自分、
得たいモノを得た自分
幸せで喜びにあふれた自分

それが、

今の自分と繋がっている必要はありません。

今の自分がそうでないからと言って、

今が未来に影響する訳ではありませんから、
（今は、過去にしか影響しない）

今、どうであろうとも、それは関係なく、

未来の自分は自由に選んで良いわけです。

何を選ぶかは、自由なんです。

その未来の自分を、ありありと、
現実と見間違う位に、リアルに思い描いて下さい。

それをするために、
夢を、絵にしてみても良いですし、
昔はやった「宝地図」などを作っても良いでしょう。

ともかく、

常に、ぶれることなく、
未来の自分をイメージできると、

あなたの今は、
その未来からの延長として再構築されます。

それにより、
今が変わっていくのです。

イメージすることで、未来が変わる。

夢を実現できる。

そう多くの人がいっているその根拠や、理屈は、
こう言うことなのです。

これを知っていると、
今を変えることができます。

これは言い換えると、

未来の自分が既にそうなっていることに気が付く。

そういう理解でもかまいません。

なろうとしてなれるのではなく、
既にそうなっていることに気が付くからそうなるのです。

これは、
未来の自分がそうなっていると考えれば、

今の自分もそうなっていることがわかるはずですね。
