痛い話をします。

「ある事に悩む。」

という事がありますよね？

私も悩むことはありますよ。

悩みがないっていう状態は、
「悟った状態」でしょうけど、
まだまだ、そういう領域には遠いです。

というか、
そんな状態に成れるとも思えませんが。

でも、
私は、悩んでもその場所で、
堂々巡りをしたりすることはありません。

悩んでいる時間が、少ないのです。

でも、
ずっと悩んでいる・・・

なんて人が居ます。

そんな人のために、
悩みを解決する方法をお話したいと
思っているのですが、

それには、
ある痛い人の話をしなければなりません。

その人は、
あることで、何日も悩んでいました。

解決策が見つからずに、
どうにもならないと、

ほとほと疲れていました。

どうにもならなくて、
私の所に相談に来たのですが、

話を聞いてみると、
解決できないような問題では無いと思いました。

本人は、困っているのですけどね。

で、聞いてみたのです。

「あなたは、どうしたいのですか？」と。

すると、
「どうしたいのかわからない・・・」と言うのです。

「どうしたいのかわからない？　なぜです？」
というと、

「どうしたらよいのか、わからないので、困っています。」
と言います。

以下、
禅問答のようなやりとりが延々と続きますので、
要約しますが、

「どうしたいか決めてください。」と言いました。

「決められないんです。」と言います。

とても不思議に思うのですが、

どうしたいかが決められないなんて事が
あるのでしょうか？

どうしたい。

これは、自分の感情などから出る欲求です。

欲求ですから、
自分の感情を見ていれば、
決まらないはずは無いのです。

でも、
決められないというのは、
どういう事かというと、

○●をしたいけど、それをすると、誰それに何かをいわれ、
嫌な思いをするかもしれない。

そうすると、○●は出来ない。
でも、○●をしたいし、あきらめられない。

私はどうしたら良いのでしょうか？

こんな感じで、
葛藤がおきている事が多いようです。

ずばり、
堂々巡りってやつですね。

そんなときって、ありませんか？

これでは、悩みをなくすことが出来ませんし、
何も解決できません。

でも、
このパターンに陥っている人、
すごく多いのです。

あなたも、
そうなったことありませんか？

こういうパターンにはまりやすい人は、
傾向として、躁鬱になったり、
不安症を持ったりします。

幸せを感じにくいという傾向もあります。

こういう堂々巡りを、

「どつぼにはまる。」

なんて言うのですが、

なかなか、日本語って、うまいですよね。
その状態を上手く言い表しています。

しかし、
こういった悩みを解決する方法が、
実はあります。

はい。

ちゃんとあるんです。

それも、

誰かに相談しなくても、
自分で何とか出来る方法が！

それ知りたいですか？

それを活用できるようになると、
悩む時間は、激減しますよ。

その分、行動する時間が増えるので、
人生は、より濃密で、
価値のあるモノになっていきます。

もちろん、
幸せや充実を感じやすくなるでしょう。

悩みがない人生って、
とても理想的だと思う人は多いようですが、

それは、
仙人の様な状態ですので、無理としても、

悩みがとても少ないとか、
悩んでも直ぐに解決できるとか、

そういう人生は、手に入れられます。

その方法を、使えるようになれば。

それぐらいに強力なノウハウなんですが、
