難しく考えすぎです！　その３

前回の続きです。

私ならどうするかを考えて見ます。

まず、簡単に出来る方をやってしまいます。

リストをみて、区分して、
直ぐに、それぞれのパターンにあわせた
メールなり、手紙を用意して、

それを、誰かに頼んで（従業員でも家族でも）
送付して貰います。

で、
自分の手が空いたら、その後に、

もしかしたら、簡単な方法だけでは、
間に合わないかも知れないので、

次善策として、
別のことも手を付けます。

簡単な方法を先にやって置いて、
待ち時間に、面倒なことをするわけですね。

こうすると、

簡単な方は、確実に、仕組みを回せますよね？

仕組みが回れば、そこからいくらかでも
お金が生まれるでしょう。

で、
簡単だから直ぐに出来てしまうので、
それを誰かに任せることも出来るでしょうし、
時間が空くでしょうから、

その空き時間で、面倒なことをするんです。

そういう次善策も打てるわけです。

でも、

難しい方を選んでしまうと、
まず、時間的に一杯一杯になってしまいますから、
簡単な別の方は回せませんよね？

で、
難しい方は、

間に合わないかも知れないし、
場合によっては、新商品などは、

売ってみないと反応がわかりません。
（喜んで貰えるのかは、売ってみないことには不明ですよね）

ということは、
間に合っても売れない可能性があるわけです。

つまり、
もの凄くリスキーなわけです。

だから、
目的達成するのが、難しくもなるんですね。

どうでしょうか？
思い当たるフシはありませんか？

これ、

当然のことかも知れませんが、
実際には、忘れていることが多いですよ。

特に、
優秀な人ほど、なぜか

ピンチ（忙しい）の時には、

わざわざ難しい方を選ぶ傾向が強いみたいです。

もっと、
簡単達成できる方法はありますし、
そう言う視点が大事です。

特に、
成功を目指すなら。

また、

簡単な方を選んだ方が、達成できる可能性が
はるかに高くなります。

その理由は、上でも言いましたけど、２つあります。

１．そのこと自体が簡単だから、達成しやすい

２．簡単なものは時間があまりかからないことが多い
　　すると空いた時間で別の方法を試せるが、これは
　　リスクヘッジになるので、達成しやすい。

一つのことに全力で投入して、
それを達成することも大事ですし、

達成感もあるでしょう。

プロセスを大事にしたいなら、

難しい方を選ぶのも良いのかも知れません。

でも、
結果を大事にしたいなら、
より達成しやすい方を選ぶべきです。

そのプロセスを選びたくなくても、
可能性を増やせますからね。
